To satisfy the demands of medical applications for medium power supply levels, Mornsun launched the highly reliable LO120-20BxxMU series open-frame power supply. The LO120-20BxxMU series has 84 W output power without a fan, or 120 W with a fan. The product series is a cost-effective choice for applications that do not have high requirements for size and do not require an active PFC function.
The LO120-20BxxMU series has a small size of only 10 x 5 x 3,2 cm and is designed with a leakage current lower than 100 µA with high efficiency and low power consumption. These power supplies meet the reinforced insulation specification of double Means of Patient Protection or 2xMOPP and medical certifications EN 60601-1 and E560601-1 for basic safety requirements for medical electrical equipment.
Protection is provided against output short-circuit, over-current and over-voltage. This family has a high I/O isolation test voltage up to 4000 V a.c. and high output voltage accuracy. The LO120-20BxxMU series also has very low noise and an efficiency of up to 91%.
With its high-reliability design for the medical industry, the LO120-20BxxMU series can also be used in industrial control, electrical power, security and smart home applications, where high reliability is essential.
