Mixed-signal oscilloscopes with up to 20 channels

29 September 2021 Test & Measurement

Offering up to 200 MHz bandwidth and 1 GSps sample rate, the MSO/DPO2000B mixed-signal oscilloscope (MSO) series from Tektronix delivers advanced debug features at an entry-level price.

Users can quickly find and diagnose problems in complex designs with up to 20 channels for analysing analog and digital signals. With a deep record length of 1 M-points standard on all channels, the MSO/DPO2000B allows for the capture of long windows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution.

The instruments come in 200, 100 and 70 MHz bandwidth models, with two or four analog channels and 16 digital channels (for the MSO series). They can capture up to 5000 waveforms per second and come with a suite of advanced triggers. Other key features are:

• Wave Inspector controls provide easy navigation and automated search of waveform data.

• FilterVu variable low-pass filter allows for removal of unwanted signal noise while still capturing high-frequency events.

• 29 automated measurements and FFT analysis for simplified waveform analysis.

• TekVPI probe interface supports active, differential and current probes for automatic scaling and units.

• 7-inch (180 mm) widescreen TFT-LCD colour display.

• Small footprint and lightweight – only 134 mm deep and 3,6 kg.

• Five-year warranty.
