The TCM45A bubble-free and energy-saving system from TTnS is designed for the application of conformal coating for electronic components and circuitry on printed circuit board assemblies used in automotive, aerospace, military, medical, appliance and telecoms systems.

The coating workcell is fully automated and programmable by ECM_V3 or ECM_V2.AD operational software. The platform integrates a 5-axis precision cartesian robot as standard with advanced TTnS dispensing applicators and patented optional devices to accomplish consistent quality, substantially reducing the need for masking and rework.

Virtually all materials are supported: acrylics, rubber, urethane, silicone, in addition to any type of UV or water-based materials.

The TCM45A provides edge-defined films for continuous production, and its patented magazine-based cyclic and focused curing system is efficient and environmentally friendly.
