Trace/Spacing: ≥ 4/4 mil.

Hole/Via size: ≥ 0,2 mm.

Surface finishes:

Hard gold fingers.

Electroplated thick gold.

Electroplated soft gold.

Immersion silver

Immersion tin.

ENEPIG.

OSP + electroplated gold.

OSP + hard gold fingers.
