The IXYS 2002-2003 Selector Guide/Shortform Catalog shows all new products; from IGBT, MOSFET, diode and thyristor discretes to high current power modules made with the same semiconductor chips. There are new Selection Tables for the NPT3 IGBT parts, new DCB isolated discrete ISOPLUS packages, the HiPerDynFREDs, schottky diodes, the low cost, enlarged ECO-PAC 2 packaged parts and a very large selection of MOSFET/IGBT gate drivers and high voltage current regulators. Also new is a listing of RF power MOSFET products from directed energy and high current, standard and fast recovery diodes, phase-control and inverter thyristor types along with GTOs from Westcode.
