NeoDen4 is a low-cost, desktop mountable pick-and-place machine with a built-in vision system. Featuring four placement heads, dual cameras, automated rails and up to 48 automatic electronic feeders, the system is capable of handling 0201, BGA, QFN and 0,8 m/1,2 m/1,5 m LED strips, with placement speeds of up to 4000 components per hour (cph).
The compact footprint allows benchtop or pedestal mounted operation, either as a standalone system or integrated into an automated production line. The on-line dual-rail system allows automatic feeding of PCBs and automatic alignment of the board with the camera.
Featuring easy operation, low power consumption and high accuracy, NeoDen4 is an ideal solution for small to medium-sized enterprises that need to speed up PCB assembly on a limited budget.
