Scalable and intelligent power solution

28 April 2026 Power Electronics / Power Management

BLUETTI recently introduced the ES125 Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage System at Solar & Storage Live Africa exhibition in Johannesburg. Designed for Africa’s rapidly evolving energy landscape, the ES125 offers a scalable, intelligent power solution that delivers reliable and cost-efficient electricity for uninterrupted operations.

As commercial and industrial sectors face surging electricity demand and an unstable grid, the ES125 addresses the challenge of power cuts, loadshedding, and reliance on diesel generation. By stabilising energy supply, reducing operational costs, and replacing diesel-heavy backup with clean alternatives, it supports a sustainable energy transition.

The ES125 is a fully integrated energy storage cabinet, combining battery, PCS, STS, BMS, and EMS in one system for simple installation and fast deployment. Delivering 125 kW output and 257 kWh capacity, expandable to 2057 kWh, it is ideal for hospitals, factories, offices, and industrial

parks. LiFePO4 batteries housed in an IP67 enclosure, advanced liquid cooling, and aerosol-based fire suppression ensure safe, reliable, and all-weather performance from -25°C to 60°C.

Supporting on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid setups, the ES125 provides uninterrupted power, reduces emissions, and integrates solar, storage, and diesel operations efficiently. With local subsidiaries and technical support across Africa, BLUETTI empowers enterprises to achieve energy independence with clean, future-ready storage solutions.
