The Fluke Ti110 thermal imager is a handheld, infrared imaging camera designed for industrial and commercial inspection and maintenance.
Applications include equipment troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance.
The imager displays thermal images on a high-visibility LCD screen and can save images to an SD memory card. Saved images and data can be transferred to a PC via the SD memory card or by a direct USB connection to the PC. The Imager includes SmartView, a high-performance, professional software suite containing features to analyse images, organise data and information, and make professional reports.
Correct focus is essential when using a thermal imager, as it ensures that the infrared energy is correctly directed onto the pixels of the detector. The Ti110 uses the IR-OptiFlex focus system, which keeps the imager in good focus at distances more than four feet. It also allows the flexibility of one-touch manual focus to fine tune the image in close-up situations.
IR-PhotoNotes are photograph annotations that allow the user to capture and add multiple visible images of various objects, text or other information that is related to the analysis and reporting of an infrared image. The Ti110 allows users to get an exact reference to a problem area by capturing up to three digital photos per file.
Fluke’s patented IR-Fusion allows users to experience three viewing models (including picture-in-picture mode), with 11 colour palette options to help see and document problem areas. The Ti110 has full infrared, PIP, full visible, colour alarm IR-Fusion technology.
