Southwest Microwave has introduced a full range of precision adaptors, both within-series and between-series, encompassing SMA, SMA to N, 2,92 mm, 3,5 mm to 2,40 mm, 2,92 mm to 2,40 mm, SSMA to 2,40 mm, and 2,40 mm, as well as unique 0,9 mm to 1,85 mm.
The adaptors offer near metrology-grade performance and are ideally suited for applications requiring measurements where phase matching is not required. Each series is produced to the same electrical length. SMI adapters provide an economical solution for critical production and test requirements.
SMI adapters are designed based upon transmission line principles. They are ideal for use as connector savers without compromising measurement accuracy. The adaptors also are approved for satellite and other hi-rel applications.
