Push-pull MESFET amplifier

M/A-COM Technology Solutions has released the MAAM-010144, a 75 Ω, push-pull configuration MESFET amplifier designed for broadband performance. The MMIC design is configured as a pair of cascade amplifiers with differential inputs and outputs. This configuration is easily integrated in 75 Ω low-distortion push-pull amplifier circuits.
The device operates from 50 MHz to 1,0 GHz, and has 20,5 dB of gain with 0,6 dB of gain flatness across the band. CTB (composite triple beat) and CSO (composite second order) performance at 77 channels, +39 dBm V/channel is -70 dBc, making this a suitable choice for CATV, FTTx, DBS and HDTV applications.
The MAAM-010144 is offered in a RoHS compliant, industry standard TSSOP-16LD packaged with an exposed paddle.
