The new SR70 series TVS diode array from Littelfuse is optimised for protecting telecommunication interfaces such as VDSL and VDSL2 from lightning surge and ESD damage.
Each is built from four low-capacitance, rail-to-rail diodes and can safely absorb up to 40 A (tp = 8/20 s) and repetitive ESD strikes at ±30 kV without performance degradation. Their low loading capacitance makes them well suited for protecting high-speed data lines such as VDSL, VDSL2, T1/E1/T3/E3 and 10/100/1000 Ethernet lines.
The SOT143 package offers designers wide flexibility when locating protection devices in tight spaces. Low dynamic resistance (0,35 Ω) ensures excellent clamping performance to protect sensitive chipsets.
