Attend has announced the latest addition to its range of SIM card holders with the high-quality, affordable 115H-BS00. It is a dual-SIM connector, allowing designers to cater for dual-SIM capable GSM products, without sacrificing valuable printed circuit board real estate, since the connector occupies the same physical space as a single-SIM type.
Two SIM cards are inserted side-entry fashion into the 115H-BC00, which boasts an overall height of only 3 mm. The connector handles 0,5 A current rating per pin, with a voltage rating of 100 V a.c./d.c. Contact resistance is a low 50 mΩ, with a high insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ and a dielectric withstand voltage of 500 V a.c.
The connector has a rating of 5000 cycles and is capable of operating over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
