The SKY67110-396LF from Skyworks is a high-linearity GaAs, pHEMT low-noise amplifier (LNA) with an active bias and on-die stability structures enabling simple external matching. It offers the ability to externally adjust supply current between 65 and 85 mA. Noise figure of 0,65 dB, 21 dB gain and 37 dBm OIP3 are achievable at 0,45 GHz with a 5 V supply and 75 mA of bias current. This LNA is ideal for UHF, 433 MHz ISM band and low band cellular receiver applications such as TETRA, RFID, land mobile radio and 4G LTE. It comes in a 2 x 2 mm, 8-pin DFN package and operates in the frequency range of 300 to 700 MHz.
