Responding to feedback from customers of its expanding antenna range, Otto Wireless Solutions has taken to offering an installation service for HSPA and LTE antenna systems. Currently exclusive to Gauteng, the paid-for service is available to both commercial and industrial customers.
During installation, the company’s technicians undertake mounting and alignment of the antennas, as well as installing lightning protection if required. In the event of also installing a Wi-Fi capable router, the technicians validate the Wi-Fi coverage, and if required can further assist the client with setting up and installing a Wi-Fi repeater.
