With insertion loss of less than 2 dB and ripple below 0,5 dB, KVG’s newly introduced four-pole crystal selection-filter technology is available in the XF-801S02-LF with centre frequencies between 21,4 MHz and 140 MHz. The filter features inband and outband intermodulation values better than 66 dB and can be applied in environments with high-level input-signals, being rated to a continuous operating power of +3 dBm and non-destructive peak input power of +11 dBm.
The device comes in a metal package which is hermetically sealed for through-hole soldering and meets the functional vibration requirements of MIL-STD-STD-810G in the vibration range from 4 Hz to 32 Hz. It has shock resistance according to MIL-STD-202G and is ideal for applications in vehicles, especially vessels.

A mixed-signal ADC driver circuit’s optimum performance depends on multiple variables: the driver’s settling time, the RC filter’s time constant, driving impedance, and the ADC sampling capacitor’s kickback current, all interact during acquisition time and contribute towards sampling errors.
