Improved push-in terminal block

The design of PTR Messtechnik’s compact push-in terminal block AK4091 has been modified to provide visual and functional improvements. A dividing line now separates the screwdriver from the large laid-out printing area. The printing area is also pick-and-place compatible for automatic placement machines. The pushbutton was designed more flexible and ideally usable for slotted screw drivers.

With a new height of only 4,4 mm, the terminal block’s white insulating material guarantees minimum light absorption. Solid and stranded wire sizes up to 0,75 mm² can be clamped safely. The AK4091 is thus clearly structured and the wire connection – across all wire sizes – is easier to handle

Its reduced height makes the terminal block ideal for very small appliances, particularly for the LED lighting market. It is delivered in tape-on-reel packaging, and the one-to four-pole AK4091 can be printed via high-quality tampon print.
