Low-power SPI NOR Flash
27 February 2019, DSP, Micros & Memory

Targeting IoT, wearable and other battery operated applications, GigaDevice’s new SPI NOR Flash series, GD25WDxxCK, is designed with reduced power consumption under 1,65 V to 3,6 V supply voltage, and encapsulated in the industry’s smallest 1,5 x 1,5 mm USON8 moulding type packages. The ICs operate in single or dual I/O SPI modes, and are available in density options from 512 Kb to 8 Mb with operating frequency up to 100 MHz. Typical standby current is 0,1 µA, while read current is less than 3 mA at 40 MHz. They come with a factory-preset, 128-bit unique ID and cover the temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
