Custom capacitor assemblies

Passive Plus offers custom capacitor assemblies for high power requirements, suitable for the fields of high-power RF, medical electronics, broadcast, semiconductor manufacturing, high magnetic environments and inductive heating.

Typical assemblies are configured in series and/or parallel combinations, producing higher voltage/current handling capabilities, extended capacitance range and tighter tolerances. PPI works with engineers to determine the best assembly for their applications.

The products feature high operating voltage, high operating current, extended capacitance, tighter tolerances, high reliability, high Q, ultra-low ESR, and non-magnetic properties. They are available with custom lead configurations, with lead attachment available using high-temperature solder or lead-free, low-temperature SAC 305 solder.

All assembly components receive 100% partial discharge and 100% sonoscan testing for internal defects prior to assembly. Final assemblies then receive 100-hour military burn-in, assuring the highest quality and reliability.
