Passive Plus’ offering of broadband resistors are specifically designed to operate at frequencies up to 67 GHz. With special microwave laser-trimming used to ensure a tight tolerance at high frequencies, these broadband resistors are wire bondable, solderable and can be used in a flip-chip configuration. Available in full or recessed pad, they come in a 1209 imperial case size, with standard resistances of 5 Ω or 100 Ω, resistance range of 4–500 Ω, and 400 mW maximum power rating.
Applications include optical transceiver modules, broadband receivers, TOSA/ROSA, broadband test equipment, low noise amplifiers, MMIC amplifiers and 5G, in markets such as optoelectronics, telecom, broadband, military and satellite communication.
