As small as a postage stamp and weighing less than two grams, Infineon's MultiMediaCards (MMC) are said to be the world's smallest removable solid-state recording media. They are not only convenient, but reliable and rugged as well with low power consumption, a wide supply voltage range and a storage capacity of up to 128 MB, they are ideal for a broad spectrum of mobile, battery-powered multimedia applications.

Key features: memory capacity: 16/32/64/128 MB; operating voltage: 2,7 to 3,6 V; power consumption: < 200 mW @ 20 MHz and < 0,1 mW standby; serial transport data rate: up to 20 Mbit/s; card size: 32 x 24 x 1,4 mm; and they are compatible with SD Card (secure digital).
