STMicroelectronics' series of ST7232x general purpose microcontrollers is for applications requiring medium and large memory capacities and high pin-count packages in Flash and ROM versions. In addition to Flash program memories, which include in-application programming capabilities, the series includes state-of-the-art features, such as a 10-bit A/D converter and fully-embedded secured reset circuitry with a user-configurable low-voltage detector. Target applications include: automotive (body and power-train electronics); industrial (household appliances, air conditioning, home connectivity, security devices); computer: (UPS, game pads), etc.
