A very small power relay that weighs only 4 g and delivers a continuous current (max) of 30 A is offered by Tyco Electronics. The Micro power relay K has typical applications for rear window and seat heating in cars, wiper and indicator control, and motor management.
In configuration Form A and C the contacts are made of AgNi0.15 (AgSnO2 on request) material. Max. switching current is 40 A (on) and 30 A (off) on resistive or inductive load. Typical voltage drop (initial at 10 A) is typically 30 mV.
The relay is sealed to IP67, nominal voltages 10 V/12 V and has terminals for assembling on PCB.
