Tyco Electronics Schrack is offering a modern bistable relay in the miniature PCB-mount class with a 5 A/250 Vd.c. change-over contact, which meets today's requirements of a minimal footprint combined with a high switching capability and reliability.
The key data of this bistable relay is: 1 C/O contact ; 4 kV dielectric strength between coil and contact; cadmium free contact material; dimensions 20 x 10 x 10 (h) mm; 3-48 V d.c. coil.
The relay has a single coil design which is available in either polarity. The PE bistable is approved by VDE and UL and corresponds to the new protection category of relays RTII and RTIII.
Main applications are: thermostats; electricity meters; battery driven devices; emergency standby units; home automation.
