High speed op-amps for low voltage designs

Linear Technology's LT1803, LT1804 and LT1805 single, dual and quad rail-to-rail input and output low power voltage feedback op-amps feature high speed performance, 85 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 100 V/µs slew rate. They draw only 3 mA supply current, while the rail-to-rail inputs and outputs provide the wide dynamic range desirable in low voltage applications. These devices make excellent candidates for high-frequency, low-voltage signal conditioning and data acquisition systems, according to the manufacturer who adds that the DC accuracy is better than any competitive op-amp with a similar bandwidth. The minimum open loop gain of 86 dB ensures superior gain linearity while CMRR of over 78 dB reduces errors due to common-mode signals. They can operate from supplies as low as 2,3 V and up to 12,6 V. Their combination of features makes these devices suited for use as buffer amplifiers, active filters, ADC drivers, I/V converters and laser drivers.
