The PS288FC automated device programming system from Data I/O, is ideal for programming small to medium batches, accommodating unpredictable batch sizes and continually changing programming demands. The PS288FC offers flexibility and fast change-over times without compromise to throughput or cost per part.

Built around the company's proven PS Family and FlashCORE programming architecture, the PS288FC is an all-new machine that sets a higher industry performance standard in component handling efficiency. Even though its footprint is compact, the system can handle large jobs with ease. The powerful user interface, common with the PS Family, enhances productivity while reducing operator fatigue and training.

The PS Series automated programmer modular concept means that every machine is compatible. All use the same GUI, programmers, consumables, algorithms, programming job files and feeder options, such as tray, tape and tube. The networking feature simplifies file sharing.

The PS288FC is developed especially for use in flexible, medium volume/high mix programming environments involving variable lot sizes and quick product changeovers.
