The RDSOBTS 7741G and BTS 7751G are additions to Infineon's TrilithIC power control family. They further improve the superior electrical performance offered by the well-established BTS 7740 and BTS 7750, by offering open load detection in off mode. These two devices contain three dies in one package: one double high-side switch and two low-side switches. The drains of these three vertical DMOS chips are mounted on separated lead frames. The sources are connected to individual pins to support H-Bridge and other configurations. All switches are manufactured in SMART SIPMOS technology, combining low RDSON vertical DMOS power stages with CMOS control circuitry. The high-side switch is fully protected and contains the control and diagnosis circuitry. The low-side switches are also fully-protected.
