Transformer terminal blocks with spring cage connection

5 May 2004 Interconnection

The ZTRK 4 transformer terminal blocks with spring cage connection from Phoenix Contact are especially suitable for direct installation on bobbins with integrated mounting plates. Alternatively, the terminal blocks can be snap-mounted onto 2 x 10 or 2 x 35 aluminium transformer rails. The range includes the ZTRK 4 individual terminal blocks, which can be snapped together to form multipin blocks on request, as well as the ZTRK 4PE ground terminal block.

The range of cross-sections of all the variants extends, in accordance with EN 60742, from 0,5 to 4 mm. The large surface labelling area with standard quick marker or marking pins in the middle of the terminal block is readily accessible and visible even when wired up. The housings are made of unbreakable polyamide 6.6 of fire safety class V2 according to UL 94.

Tests can be performed conveniently and efficiently using the standard commercial 2,3 mm test plugs or multipin test adapters. The carrier for the SIH-TRK replacement fuses completes the range of accessories.
