The new Front-ZFL 1.5 socket connector from Phoenix Contact, with reverse spring cage connection, was specially developed for use in 19-inch module supports. The contact system, installation dimensions and the labelling of the terminal points meet the requirements for D32 design types according to IEC/DIN EN 60603-2.
The compact spring cage technology enables the rapid and convenient connection of rigid or flexible conductors up to 1,5 mm2. With a nominal voltage of 250 V, currents up to 4 A can be reliably transmitted. The integrated 1,0 mm test socket facilitates easy functionality checking of the modules while plugged in.
