Hitachi's SX09Q005 1/4 VGA colour 3,6" STN LCD module features a resolution of 320 x 240 and is capable of displaying up to 4096 colours. This display is produced using a COG (chip on glass) structure that provides a compact and lightweight module. High brightness, low power white LEDs provide a robust backlight solution. A wide operating temperature range of -20 to +70°C is achieved through the use of a new liquid crystal fluid.
These features qualify the SX09Q005 module as suitable for a wide range of industrial applications requiring a high quality, compact colour display. The combination of compact dimensions, low power and wide temperature operation also make the display suited for portable, handheld or battery powered applications, such as instrumentation, measurement devices and data loggers.
A four wire analog resistive touchscreen is available for the SX09Q005-ZZA display module.
