Aries' ultra-high temperature DIP test sockets for 350° C and 500°C applications feature a high temperature ceramic body and high conductivity stainless steel contacts. The sockets are ideal for high temperature/short burn-in time applications.
The socket accepts devices from 7,62 mm centre to 15,24 mm centre row-row devices up to 28 positions with leads on 2,54 mm pitch and is offered in both through-hole or surface mount versions. Plastic contact spreader cam tools are available for easy device loading and unloading.
The normally closed proprietary stainless steel contacts of the DIP socket provide twin beam wiping action. As with all Aries test sockets, the DIP socket is available in custom materials, platings, sizes and configurations to suit specific customer applications.
