The RF3220 is a high-efficiency GaAs heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) amplifier from RF Microdevices packaged in a surface-mount package. This amplifier is suited for use in applications requiring high-linearity and low noise figure over the 500 MHz to 3 GHz frequency range. The RF3220 operates from a single 5 V power supply, and is assembled in 3 x 3 mm QFN package.
Key features are: 500 MHz to 2 GHz range; +40,8 dBm output IP3; +14,2 dB gain at 1850 MHz; +12,4 dBm input P1dB at 1850 MHz; 2,8 dB noise figure at 1850 MHz; single 5 V power supply.
