ATI Electronique's miniature 1 mm pitch 2-row connectors extend the range of its 220 and 210 series. Designed with high performance materials, the connectors can be locked with jackscrews and used in severe mechanical and climatic environments.
This series of connectors come in a large range of termination styles: PCB mounting (straight and right angle); SMT; and crimp contact. Minimum stacking height is 5,2 mm between boards. The 2-row connector has six to 30 contacts in a UL 94 V0 rated body that measures 17,1 mm in length and is 3,8 mm wide.
Working voltage is 60 V d.c. or AC peak max and nominal current is 1 A max at 25°C. Contact resistance is 10 mΩ max and insulation resistance: 1000 MΩ.
Male contacts are made of copper alloy gold plated over nickel while the outer female contacts are copper alloy tinned or gold plated and inner female contacts are beryllium copper gold plated.
