Florida RF Labs has completed qualification on the second cable of a new series of Lab Flex cable assemblies that feature a helically wrapped inner braid. This new cable Lab Flex 200H along with Lab Flex 290 offer greater flexibility and phase stability during flexure, when compared to the standard Lab Flex 160, 200 and 335 which are commonly used in permanent installation.
Along with the new extended boots (currently a free upgrade) the Lab Flex 200H is a sought after cable for test cables up to 31 GHz. The company says the electrical specification, connector availability and pricing are the same as its standard Lab Flex 200 for now. The 40 GHz helically-wrapped inner braid version of Lab Flex 160 is called Lab Flex 150H.
Along with the new Mini Flex 105 and Mini Flex 165, this new series of Lab Flex assemblies rounds out the company's cable product line of high performance cable assemblies.
