The 2 mm pitch miniature 2-row connectors from ATI Electronique's Micronector 220 series extends the range of its 200 and 210 series. The connectors can be locked with jackscrews and used in severe environments. They are built with high performance materials, and have a large range of termination styles: PCB mounting (straight and right angle); SMT; crimp female contact.
The working voltage is 240 V max and nominal current is 3 A max at 25°C. Contact resistance is 10 mΩ max and insulation resistance 100 MΩ.
These connectors with thermoplastic class UL 94 V0 have a mechanical endurance of minimum 500 mating/unmating operation.
Mating/unmating force is 0,2 to 2,2 N per contact (contact retention 10 N). Minimum stacking height is 8 mm between boards.
