Analog Devices offers high speed comparators that it says deliver performance up to 150 ps propagation delay, 10 GHz input equivalent bandwidth, <200 fs jitter, and <15 ps of overdrive dispersion. Superior AC performance makes ADI's new line of high speed comparators ideal for a wide variety of demanding applications ranging from threshold detectors to clock generation and regeneration.
These devices feature true differential inputs, making them a good choice for line receiver applications, and a differential latch is included to capture and store events. Output options are ECL, PECL, CML, and TTL/CMOS compatible.
The company's 'low power' rated comparators are ideal for power sensitive applications, such as battery-powered equipment. These comparators offer value-added features, such as power supply currents down to 5 μA, internal references, and the industry's smallest packaging - SC70.
