High-Q capacitors with low-ESR

Passive Components
Murata's GJM series are low dissipation type monolithic chip ceramic capacitors. With the company's unique advanced dielectrics, the copper inner electrodes produce very high Q and low ESR at VHF, UHF and microwave frequencies.
Applications for the low ESR/ High 'Q' GJM series are in low power applications like wireless communications, handsets, RF modules, VCOs and power amplifiers. Values from 0,2 pF to 10 pF are in 0201 (0,6 x 0,3 mm) format rated at 25 V d.c., and from 0,1 pF to 20 pF in the 0402 package (1,0 x 0,5 mm) rated at 50 V d.c.
For higher power systems like cellular base stations, power amplifiers, radar or GPS systems, satellite or cable TV and measuring systems with higher RF currents, the low ESR high 'Q' GQM series starts at 0,1 pF in 0603. It also goes to 100 pF, with a choice of 50 or 100 V rating in 0805 (2,0 x 1,25 mm) or 1210 (3,2 x 2,5 mm) depending on the value.
All GJM and GQM capacitors use Murata's high stability low loss COG dielectric. Standard tolerances vary with value.
