The new C8051F332/3/4/5 devices expand Silicon Laboratories' small form factor family of mixed-signal microcontrollers with four pin-for-pin compatible, smaller memory options devices. This family includes 2 or 4 kB of Flash memory, 768 Bytes of RAM, 17 I/Os and come in 4 x 4 mm 20-pin QFN. The F332/4 include a 10 bit, 16Ch, 200 Ksps ADC and Vref on board. This microcontroller family combines a high-speed (25 MIPS) 8051 CPU, Flash memory and high-performance analog circuits into exceptionally small micro lead-frame packages (MLP). They are optimised for space-constrained, low-power and cost applications in consumer, industrial, communications and automotive markets. Development is simplified with professional development tools and in-system debug.
