Versatile receptacle connectors for board-to-board PCB applications

The HV100/190 family of PCB receptacles from Tyco Electronics provides a comprehensive solution for board-to-board connections.
Available for vertical (HV100) or horizontal (HV190) mounting, single and double row connectors permit a wide range of possibilities for both top and bottom pin entry in either through-hole solder or surface mount variants. A key benefit of the HV100/190 range is the short contact point design, giving greater freedom and flexibility in applications.
The range is available with a choice of solder tail options including kinked legs for PCB retention, and sealing. Phosphor bronze contacts plated with either 0,8 μm gold or tin are housed within a UL94V-0 rated thermoplastic body, with all versions being fully RoHS compliant.
Three mounting heights (6,2 mm, 7,0 mm and 8,5 mm) for the HV100 vertical receptacles provide a basis for versatile stacking applications. HV100/190 connectors provide a current rating of 3 A and an operating temperature range of -55 up to +105°C.
