Intersil has released a Power CD-ROM, version 3.2, providing technical details of the company's Discrete Power product portfolio, including metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs), insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) and high-speed rectifiers for industrial, computing and automotive applications.
Intersil's user-friendly CD-ROM guides customers through more than 600 technical datasheets, including application notes, technical briefs and packaging and reliability information. The CD offers a comprehensive search program using part numbers and key words, enabling users to easily locate technical data. The latest edition includes technical data on Intersil's new UltraSoft Stealth rectifier diode. The Stealth diode is designed for use in high power, high frequency power supply applications and combines high speed and soft recovery characteristics for low electromagnetic interference (EMI).
