D-sub connectors for straight and right-angle PCB mounting

Tyco Electronics offers a complete range of PCB-mount D-Sub connectors in both straight and right angle European footprint styles. The company claims the TDE series is a cost-effective family of UL approved connectors, offering performance and reliability. All connectors are of a fully featured design with PCB boardlocks and a choice of 4-40 or M3 threaded inserts or screwlocks fitted as standard. 0,38 μm gold-plated contacts ensure reliability for repeated mating cycles.
Fully RoHS compliant, the TDE series features tin plated shells with grounding in-dents on the plug connector and brass pin and phosphor bronze sockets contacts located in a UL94V-0 rated thermoplastic housing. Other specifications include a dielectric strength of 500 V d.c. for two minutes, insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ minimum and an operating temperature range of -55 to 105°C.
