Schurter's product line with the model numbers FKH, FKI, FKHD, FKID, comprise a type C14 appliance inlet rated to IEC 60320-1, with a one- or two-pole fuse holder for 5 x 20 mm fuse links, and a two-pole line switch and a one- or two-stage line filter.
This configuration satisfies the most frequent of customer needs. The drawer of the fuse holder can be configured in different ways and the construction with one pole offers the possibility to mount backup fuses. The two-stage version of the filter especially suits applications such as measurement and audio equipment, where an optimal signal-to-noise ratio is needed.
The products are also fit for use in medical applications according to IEC 60601-1, as well as for general applications in data communication or similar industrial applications to IEC 60950.
