SMD film capacitors

Wima offers box encapsulated SMD film capacitors with metallised polyphenylene-sulphide (PPS) dielectric. Offered in sizes 1812, 2220 and 2824, these self-healing capacitors are suitable for lead-free soldering. Featuring low dissipation factor, low dielectric absorption, and very constant capacitance value versus temperature, they can operate up to 140°C. Capacitance range is from 0,01 μF to 0,47 μF; and rated voltages are 63, 100, and 250 V d.c.

Typical applications are for general use in high temperature circuits eg, by-pass; blocking; coupling and decoupling; timing; filtering; oscillating circuits.
