Industry's smallest audio analog switches

ON Semiconductor has introduced three new low-resistance analog switches for portable and wireless audio applications. Offered in Pb-free Thin QFN/Thin DFN packages that use between 1,2 mm² and 4,7 mm² of board space, these 6-pin, 10-pin and 16-pin devices are claimed to be the industry's smallest and highest performance audio analog switches. The NLAS3799MNR2G Dual DPDT switch achieves total harmonic distortion of 0,11% and low Ron of 0,35 Ω. The NLAS5223MNR2G is a Dual SPDT switch with enhanced lower Ron performance (0,35 Ω) and 70% smaller footprint than the popular NLAS4684MNR2G. It achieves total harmonic distortion of 0,12%. The NLAS5123MNR2G is a 1 Ω, Ron, single SPDT analog switch with 0,012 % total harmonic distortion and break before make capability.
