Central Semiconductor has released its new CMMSH1 series of 1,0 A Schottky rectifiers in the flat lead SOD-123F surface mount package. This new series has peak repetitive reverse voltages of 20 V (CMMSH1-20), 40 V (CMMSH1-40), 60 V (CMMSH1-60) and 100 V (CMMSH1-100). The CMMSH1 series is intended for use in a wide variety of commercial, industrial, entertainment, computer, and automotive applications requiring an energy efficient small surface-mount Schottky rectifier. Typically, these rectifiers are packaged in the much larger SMA case. The CMMSH1 series in the SOD-123F utilises 49% less board space than the SMA, and has a 57% lower profile.
