Hirose offers a comprehensive range of 12 CompactFlsh connectors that all meet the requirements of the CompactFlash Association, accept Type I or II cards and can all withstand 10 000 mating cycles.
Within the range are options for ejectors that can be specified on either side. Reverse mounting means that connectors can mount underneath the PCBs while the 2,2 mm stand-offs allow smaller components to be mounted underneath for maximum PCB real estate utilisation.
These surface-mounted connectors have been designed for ease of assembly with large pick-up areas that accept vacuum nozzle placement and optional captive nuts. All these options have been included in a very compact package: typically only 45,4 mm wide and 40 mm long for non-ejector versions.
Standard features on all connectors are location pips and grounding contacts that double as card dampers.
