Upconverters for 500-2500 MHz

RFMD's RF2638, RF2641 and RF2642 are all upconverters developed to meet the demands of handset manufacturers by utilising innovative designs, high integration and state-of-the-art packaging. The RF2638 and RF2641 are upconverter/modulators with the same footprint but have differing specifications in gain, NF and 11P3. Other features include single 3,0 V power supply, a double-balanced mixer, support of dual mode operation. The RF2642 is an upconverter/driver amplifier with bypass mode designed for cellular band applications. Features include single supply 3,0 V operation, step gain control, power down control and ACPR1 = 61 dBc @ 885 kHz with POUT = +5dBm. Frequency ranges are: RF2638, 500-2500 MHz; RF2641, 500-2500 MHz; RF2642, 824-849 MHz. These high-performing devices are manufactured on Si BiCMOS process technology.
