Rittal's operating housing called the 'Comfort Panel' has an attractive design and is optimally protected. Now, even more application fields are possible with new enhancements.
The advantages of decentralised solutions with human-machine interfaces in the production environment are clear: mobility, rapid access to info and ease of operation. Safety, user-friendliness and, increasingly, good design are called for when choosing a suitable industrial standard command panel.
The Comfort Panel offers individually adaptable solutions, while allowing functional enlargement and solid protection. It has a range of features: a command panel installation depth of 113 mm is now available as an additional standard dimension. With the aid of the extension profile, installation depths of 269 and 425 mm can also be achieved.
The front frame is aesthetically appealing. It is finished off with an all-round soft profiled edge, protecting the user from potential injury. Optionally, the colour scheme can be adjusted to match the machine's colour scheme or specially designed edges can be applied for equipment identification. A mounting channel enables a keyboard or accessories such as mouse pad supports, handles or clipboards to be quickly installed.
Each command panel can also be customised with TFT/CRT screens, machine control panels, LEDs, switches, keys, signal lamps, stop buttons and keyboards.
