Silicone rubber keypads made longer-lasting

Technological Rubber offers two coating processes to prolong the silk-screening on its keypads. Although the standard method of heat treatment using special developed inks gives long life to the silkscreen (keypads are tested to one million operations), in certain high traffic applications there is a need to improve this high specification.
Coating 2306 is Tech Rubber's standard coating which should extend the life at least by twice, while coating QS-1.PU is a specially developed polyurethane-based process that will increase the life 3-4 times. High usage keys can be individually treated for longer life.
