Molex Premise Networks' enclosure product range includes the innovative universal patching frame (UFP) and the compactLAN system.
The universal patching frame is a 42U high cable-friendly tubular construction, which optimises cable performance due to its rounded profile. It is suitable for standalone and multibay installations, and features an open steel wire mesh for vertical cable management. This open frame format provides maximum accessibility for fast and simple installation. The UPF also has the facility for upgrading to an enclosed equipment rack, which is particularly useful at sites where ancillary equipment is required and enclosure continuity maintained. A comprehensive range of accessories is available including shelves, ventilations aids, glass doors, side panels, rear doors and covers.
For smaller organisations or even homeowners, Molex's compactLAN product range provides all the benefits of an efficient IT infrastructure, with minimum space requirement. The compactLAN cabinet is a stylish, compact and discrete wall mount enclosure containing mounting rails that accept quick fit snap-in fasteners for easy panel fitting that accepts 260 mm wide data or voice panels.
