Higher-temperature rated solid tantalum chip capacitors

Vishay Intertechnology has released new TH3 moulded solid tantalum chip capacitors, designed to provide high reliability with high-temperature capabilities of 150°C with 50% voltage derating. With a capacitance range of 0,33 μF to 100 µF and voltage range from 10 V to 50 V, their higher temperature capabilities provide designers with a less expensive option for high-temperature applications, according to the company.

Capacitance tolerances of ±20% and ±10% are available. RoHS-compliant tin or gold terminations are standard, with Sn/Pb terminations available. Moulded case is available in five case codes.
